Boneyard Wings Game Day Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Boneyard Wings, located at 94 Shirley St, Roxbury, MA 02119
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of [Massachusetts] who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on [Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM ET] and ends on [Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET] (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter — no purchase is required for either, and both are weighted equally in the drawing:
Method 1 — Order Entry: During the Promotion Period, follow Boneyard Wings on Instagram and Facebook, place an online order and DM a screenshot of your order confirmation to @boneyardboston
Method 2 — Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): During the Promotion Period, follow Boneyard Wings on Instagram and Facebook and send a DM to @boneyardboston with the words “GAME DAY ENTRY” along with your full name. No purchase, and no minimum spend, is required.
Limit one (1) entry per person/account, regardless of method used. Multiple entries from the same person or account will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about [Thursday, September 10, 2026], and the winner will be announced via Instagram and Facebook Stories and notified directly by DM. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: one hundred (100) wings from Boneyard Wings, “The Final Feast” meal includes 100 wings, 8 dips, 6 flavors, and 4 large fries. (approximate retail value: $150). Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be made, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Prize must be redeemed by [pickup deadline, e.g., within 14 days of notification]; unredeemed prizes will be forfeited.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform where they entered within [48 hours] of the drawing. The winner must respond within [48 hours] of notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within this window, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undelivered entries.
9. Platform Release
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook. By entering, participants release Meta, Instagram, and Facebook from any and all liability associated with this Promotion.
10. Publicity & Data Use
By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor may use their name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this Promotion, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Any personal information collected (name, handle, order confirmation) will be used solely for administering this Promotion and will not be sold to third parties.
11. Disputes
This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
